After completing your courses, request your transcripts here.

 

Login Information

You will receive information via email on how to log on to your Merrimack email and our other online systems, such as Canvas, Zoom, and MyMack.

Please e-mail professionalstudies@merrimack.edu if you do not receive your Merrimack credentials before the start of your course.

  

Withdrawal and Refund Policy

If you wish to drop a course, you must contact the Registrar’s office via email at Registrar@merrimack.edu within the designated drop dates to avoid being billed.

Payment

You will receive an invoice from the Bursar’s Office approximately two weeks before classes begin. Merrimack accepts cash, check, and credit card for payment.

Books

The bookstore is located in the Merrimack Athletic Complex, next to Dunkin Donuts. You can also visit the bookstore ONLINE

Textbooks are normally available during the first week of classes each term/semester. 
 
 

Course Registration in myMack

Log in to myMack with your Merrimack email and password
click on the Student Info tab on the top left
on the far left side of the page, you'll see a list of helpful links, choose Registrar (there is a drop down arrow)
choose Registration
next to Term, choose the full semester (i.e. Spring Semester 2024)
next to Student Program, choose Undergraduate Program
next to Course Program, choose Undergraduate Program
next to Course Code, change the drop down to Ends With, then type in a C in the box next to it
 hit the Search button at the bottom
you may need to submit the "Registration Agreement Form" for the new academic year.  
check the box next to the course that you want to add 
 
 

Health Insurance Waiver

Students taking classes virtually/online DO NOT NEED to complete the health insurance waiver.

Student ID Card

Students taking classes virtually/online DO NOT NEED a student ID card. To obtain your student ID card you must visit the MACK Card office located on the first floor of the McQuade Library.

Emergency Notification System

Merrimack College has partnered with Rave Mobile Safety to offer Rave Alert emergency notification messaging to keep you informed of emergency situations and school closings via phone, email, and text alerts to your cell phone. 

Please go to www.getrave.com/login/merrimack if you need to check or update your contact information. If you have previously updated your information and there are no changes to your contact information then you are all set and do not need to proceed further.
