Password Assistance

Your myMack password is the same as your Merrimack email password as well as your Blackboard password. If you're having problems logging into myMack, Merrimack email or Merrimack Blackboard please contact the Information Technology Help Desk at (978) 837-3500 or stop by and see them on the second floor of McQuade to have it changed. You may also email them at askit@merrimack.edu
 
 

Using myMack

If you need assistance with using the various functions available to you on myMack, please download the helpsheets on this page. The helpsheets are geared toward certain groups that use myMack and outline the portlets available and how to use them.
