The below outlined process is for students NEW to Merrimack. Those MC students who need a replacement ID must come to the Warrior One Stop.

Merrimack College allows students to submit an uploaded photo for their Mack Card ID. To be successful with this process students will need: 

1. A recent existing color photo (see guidelines below) 

2. A photo of a state license or government ID or a passport to verify your identity.

Please be sure that both of your files are ready to be uploaded to ensure that your browser does not time-out as you complete this step. If either component is missing, you will be required to resubmit both files in order to obtain your MackCard.

Your photo must be:

l A centered, full-face headshot in which you face straight ahead with a neutral facial expression or natural smile

l Free of any hats, sunglasses or other head articles that obstruction your face or hair except for religions or medical purposes

l Against a solid white background with no shadows, indentations, patterns, textures or background scenery

l Cropped from just about the top of your head to your collarbone in a JPEG or PNG file format with a resolution between 500x500 and 4000x4000 pixels.

Acceptable forms of government issues photo identification include a driver's license or passport.

Please note: It may take a few days for the photo and ID to be reviewed and approved so please check your MackTasks.  If you see that the task has been marked as done, then you know it's all set.

Access the MackCard eAccounts portal by clicking the link below:

l    Click on profile

l Click to submit a new photo

l Accept terms and conditions 

l Upload your photo (jpg or png format only) 

l Upload your government issued ID (License or passport)

l Click submit & sign out 

Students will receive confirmation of a submitted photo.

Students will then receive confirmation of the photo being approved or rejected. If rejected, there will be a reason why it is being rejected. Students will need to repeat the process with an alternative photo.
